Values, Principles and Code of Conduct (VPCC)
The most fundamental positive values are formalised and adopted as our Values, Principles and Code of Conduct (VPCC). It lends character and life to BASF PETRONAS Chemicals by complimenting the stringent procedures we adopt in our processes Over the years it has become the core values uniting us as one big cohesive team, helping us to resolve issues amicably, protect our family members, our community as well as the environment at large. All these, while leading us to achieve and exceed the business targets we set.
