Executive (CSW Technical Material Management)

(Position is based in Gebeng, Kuantan)

Job Scope:

  1. Create / release purchase requisition after thorough check against consumption history, lead time and alternative parts from existing inventory
  2. Collate purchase requisition trend and propose for review of MRP criteria
  3. Rectify duplication, error or inaccurate specifications in technical material master data
  4. Perform Gate Keeper role in evaluating conversion of TECH and application of new TMAT number
  5. Seek existing TMAT material number used by other BASF group of companies
  6. Analyse non-moving and slow moving inventory and propose review of obsolete parts.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Engineering or Material Management
  2. Experience in SAP system
  3. Experience in mechanical engineering field work or handling technical of material master data
  4. Excellent in Microsoft Office
  5. Good communication and analytical skills
  6. Able to work with minimum supervision
  7. Proactive, result-oriented and a good team player
  8. Excellent interpersonal skill with high leadership quality
